Elliette really progressed in her basketball this year. She became an essential part of her team as a ball handler, using her bursts of speed, stealing the ball, her quick shots and the cutest little player usually on the court. One memorable game we heard the other coach chastize his players and say, "Why is the smallest kid on the court getting all of the rebounds!" We had a good laugh about that. She is fast and feisty. I am so excited to see her progress, especially with having our own net out front to play on together!
Paul was also her coach, but had to miss her final game as he was the head coach of Kyndal's team and her final game was at the same time. He was really sad to miss seeing their team get the Gold!
I really love this picture because Elliette is the only one that is really flexing her muscles. She is very proud of her Booms! The other girls are just holding their arms up, but Elliette is flexing hard! She is so funny and proud to be tough!
Congrats Elliette! We sure love you!
