Victoria

We are trying something new this year for our holidays.  We are splitting up some of the kids and doing a couple of small trips.  These are also doing double duty, accompanying Paul on some work trips makes these holidays very efficient.  So here we are heading with Marshall and Dawsyn on their first plane ride to Victoria.  They were very excited!

It was a quick trip but we tried to fill it with a number of adventures that we wanted to enjoy while we were at the ocean.  One was get out on a boat.  So we took a harbour tour.  It was done in a cute little taxi boat kind of thing and showed us all around the Victoria harbour, which includes a float plane airport.  It was so fun to be able to see the planes coming and going.

We had some time playing with cousins, including Kensington coming with us to the beach. It was a very fun beach with a great big park right there as well.  But the kids enjoyed making soup and roads in the sand better.

I think that this was Deakin's first time in a swing.  He really loved it and so fun swinging with little miss Kenzie too!
